My first post! My goal is to be 160 pounds by my birthday--Sept. 13, 2015. This leaves me 8 months to lose 45 pounds. That is about 5 pounds per month, or 1-2 pounds per week. I can do this! I will avoid sugar and grains, exercise regularly, drink lots of fluid, not eat after 8 p.m., and get at least 7 hours of sleep per night. Here is to a healthier me!!
