I feel terrible!  Yeast infection.  But I will persist on....good day for eating, but had two granola Kashi bars....no workout because of the yeast!

I really hope this is the last post with a two hundred in it that I ever write!  I did really well today--ran 2.4 miles, and only ate a little chocolate and pretzels.

How do I lose 4 pounds in one day?  No idea!  It feels good though.  I stuck to my eating plan all day...my only diversion was 1.5 gluten free yogurt covered pretzels.  I am pretty sure I have a yeast infection.  I drank two quarts of water today and really feel alert and great.  I also went to yoga tonight.  Not so sure I want to do that all the time, but it is at least interesting:)

My first post!  My goal is to be 160 pounds by my birthday--Sept. 13, 2015.  This leaves me 8 months to lose 45 pounds.  That is about 5 pounds per month, or 1-2 pounds per week.  I can do this!  I will avoid sugar and grains, exercise regularly, drink lots of fluid, not eat after 8 p.m., and get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.  Here is to a healthier me!!
